I went to Wheel Specialists to get two of my dented rims repaired. I asked for a lower price from an employee as well as who I think was the owner/boss that was nearby and they were not willing to go lower (they stuck to the price of $300) but I still scheduled an appointment for the next day because I needed this done since I have to drive to work. The next day I went to the appointment and after taking my car in to proceed with the repair they started being very rude to me. They called me over after fixing the rims to witness that they had balanced the wheel (without making it clear that was what they were calling me over for) and I didn't even know what I was looking at and asked them if the wheel was 'okay' and the owner proceeded to flip out and point out how I 'came to a place called Wheel Specialists of course the rim is okay and how dare you question the work'. I wasn't questioning the work I was just asking if the wheel would need to be replaced through my insurance and told him that but he was still talking down to me in a rude voice. After that I asked why the balancing weights from the rims were removed, an innocent question for my own knowledge as I don't know much abo
